included in the heat exchanger design can range from conduction to
forced air or liquid convection as well as a combination of cooling
schemes.
C/A Design will incorporate the latest in Design &
Analysis tools to produce an efficient electronic enclosure. Tools such
as SolidWorks solid modeling, SURFCAM, MathCAD, and MS Office
Professional on Pentium Pro workstations provide for cost effective
designs on time. With a modem on the network, direct file transfer
between engineering departments can aid in efficient design development
and documentation. This translates to shorter Program lead times with
minimal duplication of design efforts.
C/A Design is proficient
at complete design breakdown to accommodate manufacturing of complex
heat exchangers and avionics enclosures. The designs will incorporate
all necessary features to convert CNC machined material through Vacuum
or Dip Brazing into a tight tolerance aerospace assembly.
C/A
Design can also accommodate a variety of testing services to verify
heat exchanger performance to specification. Testing such as pressure
drop with Coolanol 25R, Water, Ethylene Glycol/Water, Polyalphaolefin
(PAO), and Air are routine tests. Additionally, thermal performance
verification testing, leak, proof, and burst testing can be provided.
