C/A Design can accommodate complete design breakdown to facilitate the manufacturing of complex heat exchangers and avionics enclosures. The designs will be developed to incorporate all necessary features so that CNC machined material can be converted into a tightly toleranced aerospace assembly. Joining techniques such as vacuum brazing, dip brazing, adhesives, and fasteners are routinely used. Years of empirical thermal / fluid test data will also be used to minimize design iterations.
